Teeth in a Day Kingston
With the aid of this procedure we are able to restore your teeth in one day utilizing All-on-4 dental implants. In most cases it eliminates the need for extensive bone grafting and results in full set of permanent teeth in just one day.
VELscope
The leading device for oral cancer screening. It is a hand-held device that emits a safe blue light into the oral cavity. This light enhances the contrast between normal and abnormal tissues in the lips, mouth, and upper throat. This tool is essential for early detection of various cancers as well as other tissue abnormalities.
Laser Therapy
The benefits of laser therapy are many. There is less pain and bleeding. Because no stitches are required, recovery times are shorter. Procedures can be completed in one visit. Lasers have self-anesthetic effects, so there is usually no need for freezing and the needles that make many patients uncomfortable.
Laser therapy allows us to offer faster treatment for many standard procedures:
- Gum therapy. We can reliably detect calculus and remove it without any residue, leaving the tooth surface clean and undamaged. This type of gentle treatment allows for significantly reduced pain and improved healing.
- Small lesions on the gum tissue and re-contouring of the gum line can be done with minimal discomfort and faster healing.
- The laser can be used for desensitizing teeth for people that suffer from heightened temperature sensitivity.
Trios Digital Scanners
Experience the many benefits of digital scanner including:
- The scanning process is easy and much more accurate than manual impressions.
- No-contact scans means there is nothing for patients to gag on!
- First-time accuracy ensures that patients do not have to put up with multiple, time-consuming attempts at taking manual impressions. You can finish your appointment and get back to your life that much quicker.
- The onscreen images are clear and easy for dentists to explain, a fact that can make you much more confident about any upcoming treatments that your dentist recommends.
Fontant Lightwalker Soft Tissue Laser
Dr. Moe Tabesh at Greenwood Park Dentistry utilizes this cutting edge new dental technology to perform periodontics and soft-tissue surgeries like a frenectomies (lip-tie and tongue-tie) faster, easier, less-invasively and more comfortably than conventional treatments.
Patient Television
Patients of all ages appreciate the option to watch Netflix or listen to itunes during dental treatment. It helps take your mind off your procedure, makes time feel like it is passing more quickly, and it might even make you forget you’re at the dentist!
K7x Technology
The way that your upper and lower teeth come together (your bite or occlusion) is part of a system of teeth, muscles and joints. If your teeth do not fit together properly (misaligned bite), the muscles and joints accommodate – work to get them together.
A misaligned bite often leads to muscles that are overworked when they should be relaxed, leading to various painful conditions. Neuromuscular dentistry considers the entire system that controls the positioning and function of your jaw. Dr. Moe Tabesh seeks to establish a physiologic jaw position based on a harmonious relationship of the three main factors affecting occlusion – the teeth, muscles and jaw joints. The resulting jaw position is called the neuromuscular bite. Our office is equipped with leading technology designed to assist us is precise occlusal evaluation.
